1. Reinforces the Clean Air Act’s requirement that public health guides air‑quality standards, not industry profit.
2. Mandates that the EPA include health benefits, cost savings, and lives saved in all regulatory analyses.
3. Reaffirms the EPA’s founding principles of scientific integrity, transparency, and a duty to prevent harm before it occurs.
Congress must pass legislation to restore and protect the framework that has saved countless lives since the EPA’s creation.
