Climate Action - Infrastructure Bill

2 so far! Let’s get to 5 signers!

Today I take pen in hand to write and urge you to keep pressing for the climate action dollars in the Budget reconciliation sessions for the Infrastructure bill. The first part is but a down payment on what we're going to need to truly help shift to a clean energy economy, protect workers in affected industries, and fund critical programs that we know we'll need to combat the worst effects of climate change. The IPCC made all this crystal clear: There are paths of action we can take now to bend the curve on global warming. It's up to us in this moment. Every fraction of a degree halted from now on will save lives, and likely whole countries and communities from collapse and chaos. Thank you for your strong stance on climate action. Now go farther.
