An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Hold DOJ and Treasury Accountable for Blocking Epstein Files

348 so far! Let’s get to 500 signers!

Congress must immediately hold the Department of Justice and Treasury Department accountable for violating the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent are blocking the release of unclassified documents that the public has a legal right to see. These files contain critical information about Jeffrey Epstein's criminal network, including evidence of drug trafficking, prostitution, and money laundering. The DOJ is withholding an unclassified DEA document about Operation Chain Reaction from Senator Ron Wyden despite every page being marked unclassified. There is no legal justification for this obstruction. Meanwhile, Treasury refuses to produce records of over $1 billion in suspicious financial transactions linked to Epstein that JPMorgan Chase failed to report. Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act for exactly this reason. Subpoena Bondi, Blanche, and Bessent. Demand the unredacted files. Hold them in contempt if they refuse. The American people deserve to know who was involved in Epstein's criminal network and why these officials are protecting pedophiles and drug traffickers.
