Impeach Trump. The list of Trump’s high crimes and misdemeanours worthy of impeachment is now so long that impeachment for all of them would prevent congress from carrying out its other work. New evidence has just emerged about a civil legal offense: Trump has openly admitted to malicious prosecution and abuse of process, saying he “ doesn’t Really care, if he gets a conviction, he just wants to make his targets’ lives miserable.” He said this about his case against New York AG Leticia, James. And it is cited in the book by Jonathan Swan, and MaggiHaberman called regime change inside the imperial presidency. This looks like a direct confession of malicious prosecution and abuse of process, which are civil offences, but can under some circumstances rise to the level of criminal offences. The president is sworn to see to the faithful execution of the laws, and should not be breaking civil or criminal laws I ask you to honour your oath to the Constitution by investigating these issues forthwith
