Redirect ICE and CBP Funding to Health Care and Food Security

Claw back the $240 billion Congress handed to ICE and CBP and invest it in health care and food security instead. My tax dollars should work for Americans, not terrorize my neighbors. Since Trump took office, more than 50 people have died in ICE detention and immigration agents have shot and killed 11 people. Tens of thousands of community members have been separated from their families and locked in detention centers. The "One Big Beautiful Bill" drained the programs that keep families fed, hospitals open, and communities safe to give ICE and CBP more funding than most of the world's militaries. That is a choice, and it's the wrong one. We don't need more military force on our streets. We need to be able to see a doctor when we're sick. Redirect this money to the people it was taken from.
