The Supreme Court is dangerously imbalanced and anti-democratic. I urge you in the strongest possible terms to introduce legislation immediately to suspend the Supreme Court’s upcoming term.
In addition, I urge you to introduce legislation to overturn every ruling of the currently biased and anti-rule-of-law Roberts court.
The reasons are clear: Roberts +5 have mowed down entire fields of of federal regulation across multiple agencies and against settled laws of the land.
The Republican Party will effectively stay in power even if it cannot win elections if this continues. Game out the current court’s imbalance and it’s easy to see.
In addition, limiting terms of the Supreme Court justices also makes sense to include in this same legislation, or possibly rotating justices on and off the Supreme Court from one of the lower courts.
These measures may seem extreme, but we’re already seeing the extremes to which a tiny minority of people will go to stay in power.
