Secretary Kennedy has clearly violated his duties and undermined public health initiatives across the Department of Health and Human Services. His actions are reckless and illegal, terminating critical research grants and public health funding without proper justification. He has undermined trust in vaccines, floated unproven treatments, and made highly offensive comments about autism and disabled individuals. Kennedy has decimated divisions focused on maternal health, reproductive health, oral health, and programs serving the elderly and disabled in violation of governing statutes. His mass firings and reorganization have hobbled the agencies' ability to carry out congressionally mandated responsibilities. By perpetuating misinformation, he has eroded public trust in scientific research and expertise. For these egregious breaches of his obligations, Secretary Kennedy has lost credibility and the confidence of the American people to faithfully lead the department. Denounce him.
