Ken Klippenstein reports on evidence for trafficking and a shocking incentive scheme:

ICE kidnappings spread terror and shatter communities; ICE kidnappings
decimate small businesses as well as large industries, agriculture and construction.
The cost of detaining a person is huge-- and it subtracts that person's tax payments from the economy. -- all so some huge corporations can profit.
Justice came for Hitler's accomplices, even camp guards. Justice will come for ICE.
