Over a decade of fruitless investigations into the Biden family have proven to be an immense waste of taxpayer resources and government overreach. Meanwhile, the unprecedented level of corruption, self-dealing, and flagrant disregard for ethics within the Trump administration has gone largely unchecked. The president's continuous mingling of private business interests with public office represents a clear violation of the Emoluments Clause and sets a dangerous precedent that undermines faith in our democratic institutions. It is imperative that Congress exercise its constitutional oversight authority and launch a comprehensive inquiry into the Trump family's myriad conflicts of interest and abuses of power.
