Maintain funding for quality public education nationwide

1 so far! Let’s get to 5 signers!

Eliminating the Department of Education could have severe consequences for public education across the country. Stripping funding from public schools risks diminishing educational quality, particularly for rural and underprivileged communities. Redirecting funds towards private and religious institutions raises concerns about equal access and separation of church and state. Quality education is crucial for the future of our nation's students and should not be compromised. I urge you to maintain robust support for public education to ensure all children, regardless of background, receive an excellent education that prepares them for success. Dismantling the Department risks undermining this fundamental right and opportunity.
