They are deliberately terrorising communities. They are violating the Constitution......................... I am horrified and you should be too. Please also LEGISLATE: It would take a two word amendment to 42 USC para.1983 to subject ICE agents and other federal law enforcement officers to the same liability for violations of the constitution that local and state officers now face. -----------------------------------------------------------All congress has to do is to subject federal officers to the same liability that now constrains state and local officers. Since they all are bound to adhere the US Constitution -- as indeed are you, in Congress -- adding the words Federal Officers to that law is not a drastic or complex change. WE DEMAND ACTION.
