I do not know whether you are uninformed, misinformed, or arrogant. But the facts and consequences of Trump's tariffs have been severely damaging and led to grave consequences for many.
Some farmers have lost their markets entirely and will now likely lose their farms and family businesses.
I just read that tariff costs are going to hit $1.2 trillion this year.
Consumers will take most of the hit. This is outrageous. Americans are struggling—with grocery costs, housing costs, healthcare expenses and more.
Trump is comounding the damage in every way he can.
Remember, these tariffs are illegal.
There is no strategy behind them. They are hurting consumers, farmers, and working Americans in general. Congress needs to end them now.
End the tariffs and insist that Trump defend the constitution, obey the laws and comply with judicial rulings.
