Their actions to profit from the presidency through myriad business ventures, including Truth Social's $2.5 billion Bitcoin scheme and newly launched "America First" investment funds, represent an egregious violation of principles meant to prevent corruption and conflicts of interest. It is unacceptable for the President and his family to wield the power of the federal government to directly enrich themselves by manipulating markets, regulations, and asset values tied to their personal holdings. This goes far beyond previous instances cited, undermining public trust and the integrity of our institutions. As a member of Congress, you have an obligation to uphold the Constitution and serve as a check on this increasingly brazen corruption. I urge you to use your full authority to investigate these matters and compel the President to fully divest from all private business interests that allow him to abuse his position for personal gain.
